Why the installation is the point
A yard that needs ten columns traditionally means a crane and operator for two days, a groundworks crew for the roots, and the yard half closed while it happens. With the 150 column the same ten go up from a van, on pads poured in a day, and traffic keeps moving.
Hardie has shown installation savings of up to 75% against the traditional method. Maintenance follows the same logic: when a flood fails or a camera needs moving, undo the security bolts and lower the column. No cherry picker on the yard.
- Can it take two floods and a PTZ in an exposed yard?
- Tell us the kit, the height and the site exposure. The column is sized to the head load and we load-test in the workshop; we will confirm the combination in writing.
- Can our own maintenance team install it?
- Yes. The mechanical work needs no plant: pad, four bolts, feed the column into the collar, walk it up, lock it. We supply the bolt template, the fixing kit and the manual. An electrician makes the connection.
- Do you do volume pricing?
- Yes. Give us the number of columns and sites and we will price the run, with repeat orders built to the same drawing.
